Thousands of New Jersey residents are expected to vote on primary day Tuesday.
Voting officials are advising voters to look at their sample ballots before casting their votes to familiarize themselves with the candidates.
They also say that registered voters that are not currently affiliated with a political party can declare their party before they vote.
Polls open at 6 a.m. and are expected to close at 8 p.m. Tuesday.
