New Jersey residents shoveled snow and scraped ice Saturday in the aftermath of Friday?s snowstorm.
City officials said plows and private contractors worked through the morning to clear roadways of snow and ice. Despite the hard work to ensure safe roads, officials warn motorists to drive with caution.
Though some residents are not looking forward to a long winter of snow and ice, many children embraced the snow, playing in parks and building snowmen.
