Mother Nature may not have been kind to the ski resorts in New Jersey, but the warm weather has golf courses seeing green, in more ways than one.
The Bowling Green Golf Course in Oak Ridge says it has already been open for almost a month, thanks to the warm weather.
Wil Riggs, the golf course's operations manager, says that this March has been the fifth best in the 45-year history of the golf course.
"It's important for us to get open as soon as possible," says Riggs. "Not a lot of activity in January and February - so important to open as soon as we can and see this level of play."
