(AP) - Health officials say a small number oflocal providers in New Jersey have received their initial shipmentsof the swine flu nasal spray vaccine.
The spray is recommended for healthy people between the ages of2 and 49 who are not pregnant. Due to the limited initial supply,healthy children and health care workers will be the first to getit.
The injectable form of the vaccine is expected to begin arrivingin the state over the next few weeks.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says demand forthe vaccine is so far outstripping supply.
