A judge has sided with Montclair teachers who do not want to return to the classroom.
The judged rejected the Board of Education’s motion, which would have forced teacher to return to in-person instruction.
NJ.com is reporting that the judge found the district did not prove their cases that students will suffer “irreparable harm” by staying remote.
The district reportedly did not prove it complied with state guidelines to reopen.
