Newark police are asking for the public’s help in finding a package thief.
Polie say the theft happened on Feb. 11 around 7:45 a.m. They say the suspect was seen taking a package from the front of a home on the 100 block of Littletown Avenue and then leaving in a gold Toyota minivan.
Police have released photos of the suspect and the vehicle.
Anyone who might have information about the crime is urged to call Newark’s 24-hour Crime Stoppers tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). Anonymous tips can also be submitted online.
