Newark streets flooded by heavy rain Tuesday have mostly cleared, but more rain expected Wednesday could cause them to flood again.
Some of the worst flooding in the Brick City was near the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Avenue L. Emergency crews were forced to close the street around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. It was reopened just after 6 a.m. Wednesday.
