The new year means resolutions for many — but for some others, there are disillusions.

A new study conducted by PlayStar reveals 27% of New Jersey residents fold on their resolutions within just one week of the new year. The survey analyzed findings from over 2,000 American adults.

The survey also says New Jersey makes the top 10 states most likely to fold on their resolutions. This means no hitting the gym like 61% of residents says they plan to do in order to get either fitter or stronger, according to the study.

Almost a quarter of those surveyed say they have no resolutions at all.
