New Jersey Task Force 1 deploys to North Carolina ahead of Tropical Storm Debby

New Jersey Task Force 1 packed up and shipped out as the team heads down south to offer aid for victims of Tropical Storm Debby.
In a Facebook post, the New Jersey Office of Emergency Management announced FEMA ordered Task Force 1 to go to Raleigh, North Carolina.
Forty-five people and 16 vehicles made the trip to lend a hand as Debby lingers over the Carolinas.
The Storm Watch Team is tracking when downpours will hit New Jersey. Meteorologist Mike Rizzo says Debby's downpours are mostly staying west of New Jersey in Pennsylvania and will produce flooding there with up to 4" of rainfall.
