New Jersey sports icon Christie Pearce Rampone has a new book coming out that will teach parents how to navigate the pressures of youth sports.
The former four-sport athlete at Point Boro High School is one of the most decorated soccer players in U.S. history.
Rampone is a three-time Olympic gold medalist, a two-time World Cup champion and one of the most legendary players in the history of international soccer.
Rampone says when you step away from everything and become a parent you are more aware of things.
The Point Pleasant native and Monmouth University alum collaborated with Dr. Kristine Keane to write "Be All In: Raising Kids for Success in Sports and Life."
Rampone says she hopes when sports return that parents and athletes can take a mental reset and get back to having fun.
