Jamie Smith moved to Tennessee 10 years ago. She was 36 years old.
Jamie’s sister posted on Facebook, saying, “You were the light of so many of our lives and words won't describe the pain and hurt we have. I love you so much and I will never be the same I miss you so much already. Please everyone pray for our family as this pain is unbearable."

According to the National Weather Service, one of the tornadoes was an EF-4, which has winds up to 160 miles an hour.
Dozens of people remain missing, and first responders fear there will be more deaths. One county saw at least 100 homes destroyed.
Cleanup efforts in the area will take some time.
