Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing could soon lose power if its electric bills aren't paid, according to a utility company.
Atlantic City Electric says service to the mall will be turned off April 7 unless its overdue electric bills are paid or an agreement has been made between the mall's owner and the electric company.
The company posted a notice Monday to the doors of the mall.
The mall was already struggling financially before it was forced to close amid the coronavirus pandemic. The mall lost three anchor stores over the last several years.
