Ele Stathatos, owner of Runway, says community support and the desperate need for jobs -- got things up and running.
"As we were doing construction on the building, people have just walked in and tried saying, ‘listen, I'm willing to work, tell me what I can do,’” says Stathatos. “So, we put them in any kind of position we can just to facilitate employment for them."
Runway Diner offers delivery and curbside pickup.
