The New Jersey's Attorney General’s Office is probing a deadly police-involved shooting in Bayonne.
Officers say they were called to a home on West 1st Street, for a domestic disturbance.
Officers inside found Lee Waskiewicz, 47, at the top of the stairs, who then disappeared from sight.
Officers say he threatened to stab them and returned with a knife.
Waskiewicz is then seen coming down the stairs at the officers. Police opened fire. Waskiewicz died on June 7.
