If you went to college, do you remember the view from your college dorm room? I do. My sophomore year my roommate and I had a gorgeous metal-barred basement window vista of a pair of dumpsters right outside our window.
Even without that memory, I still would have been picking my jaw up off the floor after walking into what just may be the sweetest college dorm in America - two new Hudson Riverfront towers at Stevens Institute of Technology, where residents have floor-to-ceiling views of the Manhattan skyline.
Even the laundry rooms have mesmerizing views of the world's greatest city, the Verrazano Bridge and sunsets over the Garden State from 10, 15 or 20 stories above the shoreline.
The new 19- and 21-story towers, along with a new campus center with a gym and dining halls, are part of the largest construction project in the university's history. On today's episode of "Brian's Positively New Jersey," we take a walk through a dorm that just may be the envy of college students everywhere.
