A California company is recalling dried mushrooms thought to be linked to a salmonella outbreak in at least 10 states, including New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.

A California company is recalling dried mushrooms thought to be linked to a salmonella outbreak in at least 10 states, including New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
More than 40 people have been sickened so far, and four have been hospitalized.
Some of those who got sick ate at restaurants serving ramen.
The product suspected in the outbreak is wood ear mushrooms distributed by Wismettac Asian Foods.
