More than 150 people attended Mass at St. Patrick's Church in Chatham Sunday to grieve the death of Rev. Ed Hinds.
Many in attendance say they were also praying for church janitor Jose Feliciano, who is charged with stabbing the priest 32 times with a kitchen knife.
Authorities say Hinds was killed in the rectory kitchen at about 5 p.m. Thursday. Morris County Prosecutor Robert Bianchi says Hinds and Feliciano argued shortly before the murder about "Feliciano's continued employment."
Feliciano's bail was set at $1 million. Bianchi says he is currently being treated at an area hospital.
