State police say 47-year-old Jose Cruz Jr. was riding his motorcycle when he was struck by an SUV.
The crash happened when the SUV was making a left turn onto Route 33 from Conover Road in Millstone.
Officials say Cruz suffered fatal injuries.
Authorities say the driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
