A mother who says her daughter was molested by a teacher at Marlboro Memorial Middle School has filed a lawsuit against the teacher, school district and several school officials.
The mother alleges that teacher, Jenna Sciabica, fondled her daughter’s breasts in a school hallway in March. She alleges school officials failed to tell her about the incident for more than three hours.

Sciabica was charged with harassment by unwanted touching, which is punishable by up to 30 days in jail.
The teacher has maintained her innocence and her attorney says the molestation accusations are false.
