The Monmouth County SPCA stopped by the News 12 New Jersey studio today to help mark National Puppy Day.
The Monmouth County SPCA focuses on puppies that are rescued from overcrowded shelters in the south and Puerto Rico. The group works toward saving the animals while actively promoting spay and neuter programs.
The MCSPCA says it has several animals available for adoption at its Homeward Bound Adoption Center. It said there will be more puppies arriving at the end of April just in time for the grand opening of their new adoption center at the Freehold Raceway Mall.
