Arnone says the freeholders understand how important the parks are to everyone's wellbeing and mental health.

Township and borough-run parks can remain open, under the discretion of local leaders.
Arnone says the parks will remain closed until at least May 15, as the governor said Monday the stay-at-home order remains in place until further notice.
