A Union woman who was reported missing Friday after she failed to show up to work has been found, police said.
Authorities said Mary Ann Clark, 74, was located at a New York City hospital Monday morning. She was last seen leaving her Union residence Friday and heading toward New Jersey Transit’s Union Station.
A Union police lieutenant said a tip led authorities to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they found Clark. The lieutenant said it was determined that Clark suffered a medical condition on a New York City-bound train Friday and was taken to the hospital after passengers jumped in to help her.
Clark's friends told police that the 74-year-old was awake and alert at the hospital. No further specifics were given about her condition.
No additional details were immediately available.
