An 8-year-old boy allegedly abducted by his parents from his grandmother, has been found safe in New York.
The Somerset County Prosecutor's Office says Everett Streko was found with his parents in Port Jervis, New York Friday evening. He was unharmed.
The boy went missing the morning of July 17 when his biological parents Michael and Amy Streko allegedly took him from the home he shared with his grandmother. Amy Streko also lived in the home at the time, but the grandmother was his legal guardian.
Michael and Amy Streko were arrested in Port Jervis and were charged with third-degree custodial interference. Detectives reunited Everett with his grandmother Friday night.
