Storms accompanied by up to 70 mph winds battered New Jersey Friday.
The day was rainy, cold and windy from the onset, with a tornado watch in central and south Jersey. The watch lasted until around noon. The miserable conditions lingered throughout the day, though.
Better conditions aren't expected until Saturday.
