Mendham woman and former Walmart worker accused of stealing cash from store

A woman and former employee of the Walmart in Mansfield was arrested on Sept. 7 for allegedly stealing cash from the store.

A woman and former employee of the Walmart in Mansfield was arrested on Sept. 7 for allegedly stealing cash from the store.
The Walmart reached out to Mansfield Township Police after noticing large amounts of cash missing on various dates.
The investigation from police revealed that the employee, Megan Tuttle, had stolen various amounts of cash on at least 15 different occasions.
Walmart reported a total loss of $198,899.
Tuttle is charged with theft, which carries a minimum of five years in prison, and a maximum of 10. 
Tuttle was released on pre-trials monitoring.
