6h agoA man was rescued from the water at Cummings Beach Thursday morning.
Bystanders called 911 as a man was floating in the water on his back and unresponsive.
Police say the man was transported by police boat to a boat ramp where he was assisted by EMS.
The man was taken to a local hospital and treated for hypothermia.
His condition is unclear at this time.
