A man has been indicted in the death of a Jersey City woman.

Jorge Rios has been charged with murder in the death of Carolina Cano.
Cano was jogging when prosecutors say she was strangled and dumped in a lake at Lincoln Park.
Rios was arrested in March, just a week after Cano's body was found.
Reports later surfaced that he was deported twice before the murder.
