A man from Randolph caught on video staging a slip-and-fall incident by throwing ice on the floor and laying down has pleaded guilty to insurance fraud charges.
According to police, Alexander Goldinsky, 57, was seen on video earlier this year throwing the ice on the floor while working at a Woodbridge company, then laying down.
