A boy in Bernardsville received a special surprise from Make a Wish New Jersey on Wednesday.

The nonprofit organization installed a special wheelchair swing in 10-year-old Neil’s front yard.

Neil suffers from a rare vascular disorder which has left him severely disabled and non-verbal.

A convoy of cars led by the Bernardsville Police Department and local residents also drove by the house to celebrate Neil.
