Former Rutgers football player Eric LeGrand, who overcame a life-changing spinal cord injury in 2010, has opened LeGrand Coffee House in Woodbridge.
LeGrand Coffee House serves specialty drinks, including the Scarlet Knight raspberry mocha, along with pastries, bagels, sandwiches and avocado toast. The coffee is also available online, shipping nationwide, with plans to franchise across New Jersey and beyond.
"Bringing people together, one cup at a time" is LeGrand's mission, fueled by his commitment to his home state.
LeGrand Coffee House is located at at 4349 Green St. in Woodbridge.
