State police say a 46-year-old man from Lyndhurst struck a light pole on Sunday while driving on Route I-80 eastbound in Wayne.

A 46-year-old man and a child were killed in a crash Sunday morning in Wayne on Route I-80 eastbound, according to New Jersey State Police.
State police say Robert Csapo, of Lyndhurst, struck a light pole while driving on a ramp at Exit 53 around 10 a.m. They say Csapo and a male juvenile from Lyndhurst were killed. Two other male juveniles were sent to the hospital.
Police did not release the name of the boy who was killed or the name of the other two juveniles injured.
Police say Exit 53 was closed for about four hours after the accident. The cause of the crash is not known.
