A big change has come to one of New Jersey's developing Main Streets.
Rutherford is no longer a dry town.
Gov. Phil Murphy recently announced a push to have more liquor licenses available statewide.
As a result, the owners of Song'E Napule in Rutherford paid $300,000 to have the first liquor license in the town since the late 1800's.
"When we had the opportunity to bid for the liquor license, we did regardless," said director of operations Piedro Caldarelli.
