Letters to Santa: The jolly elf gets his own address this year
Santa Claus is getting a new address this year.
The United States Postal Service has set up a new address for children to write to Santa to ensure that he gets their holiday wishes.
Children who wish to write to Santa can send their letters to 123 Elf Road, North Pole, 88888.
The Postal Service’s Operation Santa has also set up a special website that contains information for parents to help their children learn how to write their own letters, how to attach a stamp and how to send mail.
Letters should be postmarked no later than Dec. 14 so that Santa has time to fulfill their requests.
Postal officials say that the Postal Service has been receiving letters to Santa for over 100 years
