Lake Hopatcong has reopened to swimmers after it was closed for two days due to high levels of bacteria found in the water.
The Department of Environmental Protection says tests came back Wednesday within "recreational bathing standards."
The Hopatcong State Park at Lake Hopatcong was closed to swimming Monday and Tuesday.
The lake is a popular spot for fishing, boating and swimming.
Officials did not say how high or low those bacteria levels were.
