Attorneys in the Dharun Ravi webcam spying case are a bit closer to choosing a jury, but the selection process is still far from over.

Eighty-five potential jurors are left after lawyers from both sides went through over 200 questionnaires filled out last week. They want to make sure those who sit on the panel haven't already made up their minds about the highly publicized case.

Ravi is facing a total of 15 charges, including invasion of privacy and bias intimidation. He is not being charged with Tyler Clementi's death and attorneys on both sides want to make sure that the potential jurors are clear about that.

Jurors also have to be willing to commit up to a month to sit on the case.
