A former sheriff's officer who was fired for lying about working as a dominatrix had her lawsuit thrown out.
Kristen Hyman sued Hudson County, claiming she was fired for being a whistleblower after making claims of sexual harassment and gender bias.
The judge said that Hyman made her complaint two days after an investigation was already opened into her past.
Hyman was fired shortly after being sworn in as sheriff's officer.
She claims her previous work was just acting roles and has filed an appeal.
