A federal judge denied a Bellmawr gym's request for a temporary restraining order against the state.

The owners of Atilis Gym accuse Gov. Phil Murphy of having arbitrarily deemed businesses essential while declaring others non-essential.

Gyms are not allowed to reopen yet as they are considered non-essential.

The owners, who made national headlines when they opened their South Jersey business in defiance of the governor's stay-at-home order, plan to appeal the decision.
