New Jersey resident Tom Peculski has taken it upon himself for the last four years to look after homeless residents in Camden.
As part of his Helping Hands outreach program, he and a small team of volunteers visit homeless camps in an effort to assist those living there.
They pass out food, water and clothing and also take people to doctor’s appointments.
