Jersey Proud: Dunellen hikes Appalachian trail to raise money and awareness for Alzheimer's

Jake Mosca is now in Tennessee, doing all 2,200 miles of the trail in honor of his grandfather James who died of Alzheimer's disease.

A New Jersey resident is hiking the Appalachian trail from Georgia to Maine for a good cause.
Dunellen's Jake Mosca recently crossed from Georgia into North Carolina.
He is now in Tennessee, doing all 2,200 miles of the trail in honor of his grandfather James who died of Alzheimer's disease.
Mosca is walking to raise money for Alzheimer's awareness and treatment.
His goal is to raise $5,000 and has already raised $4,500.
