Hoboken police arrest Alabama man with loaded gun
Officials responded to Sinatra Drive North on reports of loud music coming from an illegally parked vehicle around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday.

Hoboken's Police Department arrested a man who is accused of possessing an illegal firearm.
Officials responded to Sinatra Drive North on reports of loud music coming from an illegally parked vehicle around 1:45 a.m. Wednesday.
Upon arrival, officers located 41-year-old Victor Eide of Mobile, Alabama.
Eide was issued summonses for illegal parking and possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
During the on-scene investigation, officers located an AR-15-style rifle in the trunk of the vehicle.
The firearm was later determined to contain 30 rounds and one round in the chamber. Officers also recovered an additional box of ammunition from inside the vehicle.
Eide was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of a weapon.
