Travel agents say there is not much they can do for their stranded clients as Southwest Airlines' cancellation fiasco stretches into another day.
"It's heartbreaking for us," said travel agent Matthew Kondrup. "We have clients who are stuck who are supposed to be going on vacation, clients who are stuck who are on vacation trying to get home just to see family, especially during the holiday time," he added.
"People are going to be stranded for a couple of days at this point," Kondrup said.
