After buying a haunted house, 12% say they are definitely convinced they're living among spirits - in a home that's definitely haunted.

Would you live in a haunted house? If the idea isn't horrifying to you then you're not alone.

Apparently 70% of prospective home buyers say they would buy a haunted house, according to a survey by Zillow - that's if it checked all of their boxes.

And more potential homeowners say they would live in a haunted house if it cost them less.

According to the survey, 35% of prospective buyers say they can be convinced to buy a haunted house if it was priced lower. And 30% say they are more likely to buy a home if it's listed as haunted.
