A coastal storm could bring New Jersey its first significant snowfall in two years this weekend.
News 12 crews stopped by a hardware store in Sparta to see how people were preparing for the potential storm.
"We stockpile a good amount of snow-clearing equipment. You can see a range of snowblowers behind us. We also stock a range of chemicals for melting ice and snow,” says manager Jim Vogt. “We're ready for when they're ready."
The storm could potentially bring rain or snow to New Jersey sometime Saturday into Sunday and could last into Monday.
