A Hackensack firefighter has died after a long battle with 9/11 related cancer, according to his former department.

A Hackensack firefighter has died after a long battle with 9/11 related cancer, according to his former department.
The fire department says Richard Kubler was an inspiration to all who knew him and worked with him.
Other departments across the state are also offering their condolences.
