A gun buyback program in Orange has taken 74 weapons off the streets.
Officers accepted the firearms in exchange for cash. Guns of all calibers were turned in.
The program was held in honor of Hassan Miller, a 24-year-old cab driver from Orange who was shot and killed last month. Miller is the son of Councilman Abdul-Rasheed.
