Gov. Phil Murphy says all state offices will be closed today due to the winter weather conditions.

The offices were originally on a two-hour delay for non-essential personnel.

The closure only applies to them.

All essential workers must report for their normal shift.

Residents are encouraged to comply with orders and guidance from their local emergency management and government officials.
