Gov. Phil Murphy will undergo minor surgery on Wednesday, according to a spokesperson for the Murphy administration.

6h agoGov. Phil Murphy will undergo minor surgery on Wednesday, according to a spokesperson for the Murphy administration.
“Governor Murphy is in good health and now is the best time to address this minor medical procedure,” says spokesperson Alexandra Altman.
Altman says that this surgery is not related to the cancer scare the governor had in March of 2020.
Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver will serve as acting governor while Murphy has the surgery.
