Gov. Phil Murphy declared a state of emergency that will go into effect at 8 a.m. Sunday ahead of “significant winter weather.”
“Beginning tomorrow morning, we are expecting a winter storm to bring heavy snow, followed by dangerously low temperatures expected on Monday and continuing through Wednesday,” said Murphy in prepared remarks. “As always, I urge all New Jerseyans to use caution, follow all safety protocols, and remain off the roads unless absolutely necessary.”
Executive Order No. 378 declares a State of Emergency across all 21 counties in New Jersey.
