Gov. Chris Christie delivered his annual State of the State address today.
Christie's speech highlighted his administration's efforts over the past year. It also called for advancing some items left on his agenda, including education reform, property tax reform and state budget control.
The governor also discussed job creation and teacher tenure reform. According to Christie, teacher tenure reform would include different measures for teacher effectiveness and layoffs for teachers who are deemed to be the least effective. Christie says the reform would support charter schools.
