Police say they made an arrest Tuesday in the fatal stabbing of a Newark teen whose body was discovered in a parking lot.
The body of Idresa Lightsey was found just after 10 p.m. Sunday. Neighbors say the victim got into an argument with the suspect over a boy. They say the suspect stabbed Lightsey in the neck.
Police say the underage suspect surrendered to Newark officers.
